The service

FilmSeries is an information website that helps you discover movies and TV series and find out where they are offered by third-party services. FilmSeries does not host, stream, upload, sell or rent any video, and does not provide access to copyrighted works.

Information from third parties

Title information, images, user scores and trailers come from The Movie Database (TMDB). Where-to-watch information comes from JustWatch through TMDB. FilmSeries uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed, certified or otherwise approved by TMDB. This information is provided as is; it may be incomplete, out of date or differ from what a service actually offers. Always check prices, availability and age ratings with the service before subscribing, renting or buying.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the website for any unlawful purpose;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or its data;
  • scrape or download the website's content in bulk, or send automated requests that place an unreasonable load on it;
  • send spam, malicious code or abusive messages through the contact form.

Intellectual property

The FilmSeries name, logo, design and original text belong to the operator of FilmSeries. Movie and TV titles, posters, images and trailers belong to their respective rights holders and are shown for identification and information purposes through the TMDB API and YouTube.

The website links to third-party websites such as TMDB, IMDb, YouTube, JustWatch, official title websites and streaming services. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, offers or privacy practices.

Watch now buttons and streaming provider information point to services operated by other companies. Any subscription, rental or purchase you make there is an agreement between you and that service, under its own terms and prices.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided free of charge, on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website, or from reliance on information shown on it, including decisions to subscribe to, rent or buy content from a third-party service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
